Here are the things we generally include in our registration packets:

From W&R:

• Volunteer Form (standard)
• Herstory of our Retreats (updated annually by office mgr)
• Brochure (updated twice a year by office mgr)
• Winter WomanSpirit flyer (get from WWS committee)
• Participant list (get from Registrar)
• Evaluation forms for the retreat and workshops (unless we're doing them online!!)

From SWS:

• welcome letter / schedule
• workshop locations (also included on nametags)
• Ronora map (see www.ronoralodge.com)
• song sheet and/or ceremony program bulletin (order of service)

From other groups:

• Continental UUW&R brochure and bookmark (ask Gretchen, This e-mail address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it )
• Women's Connection fall retreat flyer (see Pat Goller or Diana DeWeese)
• Other pertinent events
• Central Midwest District brochure or flyer (contact Peggy Boccard, This e-mail address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it )

Nametags and a personalized sticker for the folder are also included.

W&R committee: BUY FOLDERS ON SALE IN AUGUST -- they're 10 cents instead of 35 !!

W&R office manager generally does copies and assembly of the packets. Get files to her no later than 2 weeks prior to the event.
